- Your instructor will be fully qualified and DSA registered.
- Pupils will not be "piggy backed". Your lesson is your lesson and yours alone.
- Any money collected will be recorded and accountable.
- You have a choice of how many lessons to pay for and will never be put under pressure to pay in advance.
- Your instructor will avoid any inappropriate contact and will not make rude, sexually suggestive or racist comments or jokes.
- You will have driving tuition for the full time paid for (unless otherwise agreed by mutual consent or if you are unfit to drive for any reason).
- You will not be left unattended while your instructor runs personal errands.
- Your instructor will not use his mobile phone during lessons
- Your instructor will not smoke during your tuition time.
- At the end of each lesson your instructor will discuss your progress honestly without building false hopes or giving unnecessary criticism.
- Your lesson will not be cancelled without prior contact and the offer of another appointment.
- Your instructor will not ask another to take his/her place either on a lesson or a test without first agreeing this with you.
- Your instructor will always aim to be on time and if delayed for any reason will try to inform you of this.
